Male Cancer Awareness Week 2026: RTBI Supports Orchid in Celebrating Survivorship

Round Table Great Britain & Ireland is proud to support Male Cancer Awareness Week 2026, led by Orchid – Fighting Male Cancer, the UK’s leading charity for men affected by prostate, testicular and penile cancer.

This year’s campaign shines a spotlight on survivorship, celebrating life during and after cancer, and recognising the strength, resilience and stories of men across the UK.

Celebrating Life Beyond Diagnosis

Conversations about cancer often centre on diagnosis, treatment and the challenges men face. These are vital, but they are not the whole story. Survivorship is about what comes next, rebuilding confidence, returning to work, reconnecting with family, travelling, taking on new challenges, supporting others, and embracing everyday moments.

Throughout the week, Orchid will share real experiences from men who have lived with prostate, testicular and penile cancer. Their stories highlight achievements, milestones and the reality of life beyond diagnosis.

Awareness Still Saves Lives

While this year’s theme celebrates survivorship, Orchid’s core message remains unchanged:

Knowing your body and seeking medical advice early can save lives.

Spotting potential signs and symptoms early often leads to more treatment options and better outcomes. A simple conversation or shared resource could be the nudge someone needs to seek help.

RTBI encourages members, families and communities to download and share Orchid’s free male cancer information, in workplaces, clubs, social groups and online. Raising awareness is something every Tabler can do.
