50% OFF NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2027!

To celebrate our Centenary Conference in Newcastle, RTBI is once again offering every club a 50% discount on one full weekend delegate ticket.

This year's event is set to be something truly special and we want as many Tablers as possible to experience the meetings, debates, networking and celebrations that make National Conference such a highlight of the Round Table calendar.

Important: You cannot use the discount code in conjunction with a repayment plan and the recipient must attend the AGM as part of the discounted ticket scheme. Failure to attend will result in the remaining ticket cost being charged back to the club.

We leave it to clubs to decide how to assign the 50% discount, but you'll want to consider how to make it fair.

Suggestions for allocating the 50% discount

Newest and/or youngest members: Especially those who have never been to conference or national events before
Best prospective attendee: Ask members to explain in a few sentences why they want to attend and what they would bring back to the club afterwards.
Conference Ambassador: The recipient commits to writing a report, taking photos, recording content, or sharing key takeaways with the club after the event.
Recognition Award: Give it to a member who has gone above and beyond for the club during the year, whether for the person who raised the most money during one of your local events, or for supporting recruitment, socials, or service.
Membership Growth Incentive: Award it to the member who recruits the most new members between now and a set date.
Make it into a Raffle: Raffle it off and make some money for your club.

Terms and Conditions of the 50% RTBI Delegate Discount Scheme:

1. Ticket Inclusions

The half price ticket is for the full weekend ticket.

Please note: Accommodation and travel is not provided as part of the ticket. It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to arrange and cover the cost of their own accommodation and travel**.

2. Eligibility and Allocation

Each Round Table club is entitled to a maximum of one (1) half-price ticket for the National Conference 2027.

The allocation and internal distribution of the half-price ticket is the sole responsibility of the individual club. RTBI accepts no responsibility or liability for disputes or issues arising from internal club decisions regarding ticket allocation.

3. Usage Restrictions

The half-price ticket is non-transferable. It must be used exclusively by the club to which it was allocated.

No stand-in or proxy from another club may use the half-price ticket on behalf of an allocated club.

The ticket cannot be resold, exchanged, or gifted to another individual or club.

The 50% RTBI Delegate Discount Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any ticket payment plan or instalment option. The discount applies only to tickets purchased in full at the time of booking.

4. Attendance Requirement

Attendance at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) during the National Conference is mandatory for the holder of the half-price ticket.

Failure to attend the AGM will result in the full price of the ticket being owed and levied against the club of which the ticket was allocated.

5. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the ticket holder, the full price of the ticket will be owed and levied against the club, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the National Events Officer.

Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the National Events Officer and must be confirmed in advance.
