How the Webshop Works
Cost-Neutral Setup: Launching a bespoke shop for your Table requires a deposit of £100. As soon as the shop is live, that full £100 is credited right back to your store balance to spend on gear. It pays for itself immediately.
Full Supplier Catalogue Access: You aren't limited to the standard RTBI store range. Through our merchandise supplier, Your Custom Clothing, your shop gets access to their entire catalogue, including polos, T-shirts, hoodies, jumpers, winter coats, bags, hats, and Hi-Vis Vests and Jackets for community projects.
Direct-to-Member Ordering: Members handle their own sizing, personalisation, and payment directly through the portal.
Alternative: One-Off & Bulk Orders
You don’t have to launch a webshop to get custom kit. If you only need a one-off run for a specific event or want to place a single bulk order, you can skip the store setup entirely and order directly via email with Your Custom Clothing.
Preparing Your Artwork
The design team can assist with logo design and clothing mock-ups, but having print-ready files will drastically speed up your turnaround time:
Vector Formats Only: Supply your club logos in clean, high-resolution vector formats (such as .AI, .EPS, or print-ready .PDF).
Skip the AI Slop: Low-resolution image generator exports and pixelated JPEGs don't embroider or screen-print cleanly and will only stall your launch.
