Giving blood is a remarkably simple thing to do, and with demand never-ending, it’s important that those who can donate do so, and do so regularly. It takes roughly an hour, and you get a cup of tea and a biscuit at the end!

Due to the demographic of our membership, RTBI is an ideal source for blood donors, so we are proud to announce our Blood Drive. You may be a regular donor, you may have donated once or twice but fallen out of habit, or you may not yet have made a donation - it doesn’t matter!

Throughout the year, we want to see as many people donate as possible. Experience tells us that the best way to get Tablers to do something is to offer a pin badge! Simply register to donate at your local clinic, get a picture of yourself donating in your Round Table gear, and upload it to the Blood Bank folder linked below. Then, National Secretary Col will be in touch to arrange for your pin badge to be sent out.

We are aiming to have over 3,500 members this year, so if just 10% of Tablers donate, that’s 350 extra donations and the potential to save 1,050 lives. Why not get a group from your Table together and donate at the same time?
