Round Table clubs from across the UK have united to help those who have been affected by mass-flooding this December.
In Yorkshire, Elland Round Table have been supporting Halifax and Hebden Bridge Round Table and will continue to do so for the next week or so. Volunteers from the groups were some of the first volunteers on hand along the valley from Brighouse to Hebden Bridge.
The group of young men will also be donating £1000 to the flood relief fund that, money that has been raised through fundraising thoughout the year.
More volunteers are expected to join from Cumbria and the East Midlands region.
Members from Sleaford have been appealing for items on Facebook after creating a popular page, "Lincolnshire helping with the floods" and have now set up collecting points for the goods.
National President Marcus Jones will also help with the efforts,
"Moments like this show why Round Table is such a fantastic organisation. People are going out of their way to be supportive. We have been inundated with offers of support".
