What happens when you combine light exercise, consumption of alcohol and the distinct possibility of wearing a silly outfit?
Well you get the Billericay Quadralcothon, an event devised by the Essex based group as a light, Friday-night activity.
Split into three teams of two, the intrepid Tablers started off at First Strokes swimming baths in Billericay where they discovered that they probably needed armbands! After changing out of the wet gear, the neon face paint went on and the teams headed out on their bikes stopping at two checkpoints to get their arms spray-painted.
After stopping at The Railway Pub, garlands were adopted as part of the evenings clothing and covered in a bit more neon facepaint. The next challenge included using a space hopper to travel a couple of hundred metres – which is apparently not that comfortable!
They might have made complete fools of themselves but all the guys had a fantastic night out – and they’ve captured it all on the Go Pro camera in the video below.
Round Table is for guys between the age of 18-45, and as well as daft activities like this, we also raise serious amounts of money for deserving local causes, so if that sounds like it's something that might be of interest, look Billericay up on Facebook or on billericay.roundtable.co.uk, they’d love to hear from you!
