Over 1500 guests headed to the Unity Works in Wakefield on Saturday (20th July) for the Wakefield Festival of Beer.
Organised by Wakefield Round Table, people flocked from across the UK to sample 80 beers and ciders as well as a selection of gins.
Money raised from the record-breaking event will be donated to the following charities:
Levi’s Star “Shine On”:
This charity is in memory of Levi Ringer, who tragically lost his precious life to a brain tumour, at 6 1/2 years old. Levi's Star supports children with brain tumours and their families throughout Yorkshire
Committed to providing the highest level of symptom management and care for people who have advanced active, progressive and life threatening illness
Round Table Community Service
Supporting people, community groups and worthy cause in and around the Wakeﬁeld area.
