The Malvern mountain climbers

Four members of the Malvern Hills Round Table will be taking on the Ben Nevis Challenge this year to raise money for the fight against motor neurone disease.

The Tablers, Ben Allman, Alex Saunders-Smith, Nigel Harte and Rhys Humm will be climbing Scotland's tallest mountain, before  taking on a 25-mile cycle across the Highlands, and if that wasn't enough they will finish the challenge off by crossing Loch Lomond in canoes.

The boys will complete the event on Saturday, June 18th and preparation is already well underway, they have already started training by stomping up the Malvern Hills and a recent quiz evening at the Red Lion, Stiffords Bridge, raised £237 for motor neurone disease.
