Tablers love a challenge – but are you brave enough to cycle to Luxembourg in January?
That gauntlet has been thrown down by International Relations Officer Studley who has offered to fund two places at next year’s Central Tablers Meeting (CTM) if you’re willing to pedal your way there from the UK!
The event, which sees upwards of 300 plus Tablers from across Europe descend for a weekend of high jinks, has adopted a cycling theme, which explains the challenge.
Studley will cover the entire registration fee (worth at least €295 each) if you’re willing to take on the test of stamina and willpower.
Earlier this year, close on 20 RTBI Tablers went to Ravenna, including Leicester’s Ashley Harrison, who had the distinction of being the youngest Tabler at the event.
“The only requirement when you go to CTM is to have fun,” said Studley.
“This is a great weekend away and a brilliant introduction to international Tabling if you’ve never done it before.
“I want to encourage as many as possible to go and I’m willing to offer the enticement of two free places to anyone willing to cycle there!
“I know there are plenty Tablers who love their cycling and can’t resist a challenge so I’m looking forward to hearing from you all!”
